Sub-processors
notograph.ai is developed and hosted by 1SWISS1 SA (Geneva) on its own infrastructure in Switzerland. Your recordings are stored, transcribed and analysed only on our servers: no third-party hosting, no third-party AI.
A few technical services work around the service, without ever storing or processing your recordings, transcripts or minutes. Here they are, with what they see.
| Provider | Role | Country | Data concerned |
|---|---|---|---|
| Stripe | Payment of Plus subscriptions | Ireland, United States | Name, email address and payment method, entered directly at Stripe; we never see your card number. |
| Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging) | Notifications on Android | United States | Device identifier and notification text, for example the meeting title. |
| Apple (Apple Push Notification service) | Notifications on iPhone | United States | Device identifier and notification text, for example the meeting title. |
| Google, Microsoft, Apple | Sign-in with an existing account, only if you choose it | United States, European Union | Name and email address sent by the sign-in provider. |
| Microsoft (Teams) | Import of Teams recordings, only if you connect your account | Depending on your Microsoft account | The Teams recordings you choose to import; they are then processed on our servers. |
AI processing (transcription, minutes, summaries) has no sub-processor: it runs on models hosted on our servers, and your meetings are never used to train a model.
When one of these services is located outside Switzerland, the transfer relies on the provider's contractual safeguards (standard contractual clauses) or on a country recognised as adequate, in line with the Swiss FADP and the GDPR.
Data processing agreement (DPA, Swiss FADP and GDPR): on request through the contact form.
